Returns
- Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All original tags, packaging, invoices, and accessories must be included.
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Innerwear, socks, or personal hygiene products
- Customized or personalized items
- Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

- Reason for return
- Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)
Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are:
- Defective
- Damaged
- Incorrectly delivered
Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us at care.dopeshope@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos/videos.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return as per this policy.
